Chocolate Candy
Chocolate Cream Peppermints, Uncooked
1 ½ cups of confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon of hot milk or cream
1 tablespoon of melted butter
4 drops of peppermint extract
Melted coating chocolate
Blend the sugar with the milk
Add the melted butter and peppermint
Work with a spoon or hands until creamy
Shape into balls, flatten and dip into melted dipping chocolate
Let cool on waxed paper
