Cowboy Cakes
Chocolate cake is a favorite for any season. This one is so easy to mix you will use it for all your family gatherings. I always make it for the family reunion. My family has voted this cake as the best and easiest to bake at home or in the RV.
Space in the RV kitchen is usually small, and you don't always have a mixer and all the bowls at your fingertips to mix a cake. If you don't have these ingredients packed in your RV, you might even mix the dry ingredients together before leaving home.
