Raiders of Old California (1957)
This western has plenty of action and a nice story that ties together neatly in the end. Jim Davis is, as always, larger than life, buttoned down bib-shirt and all. Faron Young, understated but very good as gunslinging Marshal. The rest of the cast, all veterans give excellent support.
Red Blood of Courage (1935)
This film ranks right up there with early John Wayne movies (pre-Stagecoach) for original stories and lots of action.
Renegade Girl (1946)
Ann Shelby, whose family is allied with the notorious William Quantrill, turns outlaw to revenge herself on a renegade Indian who killed her brother.
Rogue Of The Range (1936)
Doran and the Sheriff have a scheme to bring in an outlaw gang. Doran is sent to prison so he and the gang leader Mitchell can break out. This gets him into the gang but he is in trouble when it's revealed he is working with the Sheriff.
Rough Riding Ranger (1935)
anson is using Bobby's carrier pigeons to receive messages. His man Slim shoots them down before they reach Bobby.
